Beach Shack with window/-sill and door. I modelled this by extruding a cube and using edge loop and split polygon tool.

Palm tree I modelled using this online tutorial. I had to refrain from building the leaves the way they are in the tutorial because it would have too many polygons. Instead I used a simple plane per leaf (like on the image), split in two triangles, which I can then bend a little to give it more of a palm tree leaf shape. I am going to use the leaf model from the tutotial as a guide for the texture I am going to apply with an alpha map. This way it will still look like it has single leaves coming off the main leaf branch but it doesn't carry all those polygons.
