Screenwriting (4) - Amending third idea

Instead of there being three flats in the hall, there will only be two, otherwise, when they start arguing about who's bin bag it is, it wouldn't make sense that they wouldn't instantly blame the third tenant. I want them to play the blame game amongst each other and then be embarrassed to find out that it's both of their rubbish or rather, clothes for charity they have forgotten about, which will be revealed as the charity worker comes in to collect them.
