YoYo Games (5) - Move it and Groove it Final Ad
Here the finished version of the Move it and Groove it viral ad for YoYo Games. YoYo Games decided not to use this ad for publicising their newest app.
YoYo Games (4) - Move it and Groove it
After re-thinking the idea I came up with a new story for the ad.
Upon that I created a demo of this idea with a song by Electric Six as a place-holder.

YoYo Games (3) - Public Dancing Final Ad
Here the finished version of the Public Dancing viral ad for YoYo Games. Unfortunately it didn't receive many positive reactions so I had to rethink the idea and re-shoot.
YoYo Games (2) - Public Dancing
The living room idea seemed too planned in the end and didn't feel like a viral add. I had brainstorming session with Duncan Nicoll, who was helping me out with the project and came up with a type of flash mob idea.
Someone walking down high street, looking like they are doing some sort of dance, pedestrians throwing glances and in the end it's revealed that person is playing Synch Simple.
Here the demo for the Public Dancing viral:
YoYo Games (1) - Living Room
In May/April 2011 I was contracted by a small local games company in Dundee called YoYo Games to create one or a series of three viral ads for their new app called Synch Simple. It was supposed to capture the swaying motion of the game that people playing it tend to pick up and the idea that it is a easy game targeted for all age groups.
The first idea I developed/brainstormed was a living room scene. Starting off very slow, a sort of older person's looking home. A few items strewn around reflect the swaying motion of the game.
I made a more detailed animatic to demonstrate this idea out of the image below.

Digital Media Practice (3) - Showreel Contribution
I edited my previous version of the Time Based Narrative Title Sequence I created in second semester of 2nd year at university to a higher standard. You can now clearly read the credits and the move-in sequences are sped up a little. The audio was recorded by myself and is only used for educational purposes.
I am going to use an excerpt of this video in my 2011 showreel.

Title Sequence
This is a title sequence for a pretend film I made in second year at university. It actually is 16:9 but there was some sort of mock up with youtube.
